When Will I Receive My Order?

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of your payment clearing. After your payment clears, actual delivery items vary based on the selected shipping method. For products shipping via the United States Postal Service, the typical delivery time is 2-5 business days based on your location in comparison to our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada. We do not guarantee delivery dates on any shipments. The ultimate delivery time is dependent on the mail carrier. However, you can find some common delivery time frames applicable to most orders in most cases, broken down by payment methods:

• Paper Check: Paper check payments are typically marked “Paid” by 4:00 p.m. CST the day of deposit. We cannot guarantee how long it will take the USPS to get your check to us however. On average, it takes 3-5 business days to clear our Billing Department from the date an order is marked “Paid.” Your order will ship within 2-4 business days of the check clearing. Based on shipping method, these orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.
• ACH: ACH orders are marked “Paid” within 24 business hours of order placement. It takes 3-5 business days for ACH payments to clear our Billing Department from the date the order is marked “Paid.” Once the payment clears, most ACH orders ship within 2-4 business days. From there, depending on shipping method, ACH orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days of shipping.
• Credit/Debit Card: The majority of credit/debit card payments are marked “Paid” within 24 business hours of order placement. These payments often clear immediately and most orders ship within 2-4 business days of payment clearance. Depending on our shipping method, your order should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipping.
• PayPal: These payments are often marked “Paid” instantly following order placement and clears immediately once marked “Paid.” PayPal orders, in most cases, ship within 2-4 business days of payment clearance and should arrive within 1-5 business days of shipping, depending on the shipping method chosen.
• Bank Wire: Bank wire transfer orders are often marked “Paid” within 1 business day after the wire transfer is initiated. These payments clear immediately upon receipt and most orders then ship within 2-4 business days of the payment clearing. Depending on the chosen shipping method, bank wire orders are delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.
• Bitcoin: Bitcoin orders are marked “Paid” instantly following confirmation of the transaction. This typically occurs within 24 business hours of order placement. Once your payment clears your products are shipped within 2-4 business days. Based on the shipping method, Bitcoin orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days of shipping.
• Ethereum: Ethereum orders are marked “Paid” following confirmation of the transactions. This usually occurs within 24 business hours of order placement.
