What If My Order Shows Delivered, But I Did Not Receive It?
BGASC is not responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that have been successfully delivered as addressed. As soon as a package is signed for or left at the delivery address, our liability and insurance cease. If there are any issues with a shipment, they MUST be reported to BGASC within two (2) calendar days of recorded delivery. If it is not reported, BGASC may deny any claim.
